The family-owned company KNOLL Maschinenbau GmbH, which has been run by the second generation since 1970, is the market leader in the production of conveyor and filter systems for metal processing. With its products, KNOLL offers added value for industries in which metal is processed by cutting, including mechanical and plant engineering, automotive, aerospace, medical technology, energy technology and other industries.
As a new business area, KNOLL is developing automated assembly and transport systems for manufacturing, such as driverless transport systems. As part of its development, the company is focusing on internationalization — with existing branches in Asia, America and Europe — as well as on process automation and digitalization in production and logistics processes.
