WEGU Holding GmbH, an established medium-sized company with almost 75 years of history, specializes in plastic and rubber parts. At three production sites — Kassel, Slovakia and China — WEGU produces technical rubber-metal articles as well as plastic injection-molded articles for the automotive industry.
As part of a transformation process, WEGU is focusing, among other things, on new motor technologies such as electric and hybrid drives. With a clear focus on sustainable and resource-saving production, WEGU strives for the future and focuses on continuous improvement and growth in order to establish itself as an innovative leader in the industry.

WEGU is working to return to a centralized procurement organization across its three production facilities. The goal: unified category management and cross-site control of all purchasing processes.
